Our Cadetship program offers students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain an insight as to working in success driven law firms. It is meticulously crafted to prompt training and career development with proper mentoring and networking.
TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Training is carefully structured and designed tpo provide variety, responsibility and intellectual challenge.
Normally we offer a series of placements lasting three or six months, training in a range of areas of work, as well as the responsibility to go on a secondment with one of our clients
Working with a partner or associate, the aim is to give you experience of wider range of clients and work in both private and commercial areas. Within each placement, your supervisor will involve you directly in work so you learn from personal experience as well as observation and instruction. The more competence you demonstrate, the more responsibilities you will undertake.
